Service Description
1. Assistance begins 1 week out from the event date in one phone call meeting. 2. Keeping all vendors on time and on task. 3. 8 hours for the day. 4. Timeline assistance w/ the couple. 5. Access to my emergency kit. 6. Check-in w/vendors and show placements. 7. Preparing and distributing the last payment and tip envelopes to all vendors. 8. Provide guidance to the ushers on how and where to seat guests for the wedding ceremony. 9. Ensure that the wedding party members are in their positions before the wedding procession begins. 10. Set up and take down tables, chairs, and decor. Last but not least, do whatever I can to eliminate stress for my couples and their families.
